You might have heard that, in June, we’re running our inaugural side plank challenge so you can show us how crazy strong your cores are getting!
And, to make things even more fun, we’re also running a SIDE PLANK INSTA COMP!
Simply take a pic of your best side plank pose outside the studio and post it on Insta tagging us @vaurapilates as well as @westfieldwarringahmall
We’ll be judging the best pic and the winner will receive a $500 gift voucher ($250 worth of Vaura classes and $250 to be spent at Westfield Warrigah Mall)! Yeeeaahhh!
By the way, you don’t have to be a Vaura regular to enter – all entries are welcome!
