I’ve done 5 classes of Reformer Pilates at Vaura so far and I’m loving it! The classes fly by so quickly (but I definitely know I’ve worked out afterwards!). All of the trainers are so lovely and the whole vibe of the place is great. I love that I get a full-body workout in each class, and I’m already feeling better for joining.

When my girlfriend first brought me along I assumed it would be a slow pace, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much variation there is in the classes and how rewarding the workouts are each week.
