Huge congrats to Brookvale member, Kristie Taylor, who is our December Member of the Month. Sadly Kristie will be moving to Singapore next week, but in her time as a Vaura member she’s completed an epic 410 classes! We’re so proud of you Kristie. We sat down for a Q&A with Kristie. Here’s what she had to say.
Why did you first decide to try Vaura?
I had done reformer classes before and loved them. The gym I used to go to closed, so I was looking for somewhere new. I couldn’t believe I found exactly what I was looking for in my neighbourhood!
How many times per week do you Vaura?
I go as often as I can, usually 4 or 5 times a week. I always make sure I get to a Vaura Stretch class each week too.
What results have you noticed since coming to Vaura?
My core and leg strength has improved considerably. And my butt is higher up my legs than it used to be!
What advice would you give someone looking to try Vaura for the first time?
Don’t be intimidated by the equipment, there is always someone to help, and you’ll be confident in no time. The Vaura community is welcoming and supportive of everyone!
What’s your favourite thing about being part of the Vaura family?
The AMAZING trainers are the heart and soul of Vaura. I’ve laughed and sweated, on repeat, since my first session. I’ll miss Vaura when I move to Singapore, so I’ll be crowd-funding for one to open there!!!
