The Vive Winter Challenge has just ended with some awesome results. Huge congrats to everyone who took part!
Drawing inspiration from those lapping up the crystal-blue European waters, we decided June and July was the perfect time to whip these winter bodies into summer shape. The Challenge Goal of 15 classes in 30 days officially kicked off 3 June.
With 40 lucky Vivers making it into the Winter Challenge, it was time to show them what their bodies were truly capable of. Completing an average of 4 classes per week, for 4 weeks, this was no walk in the park, more like an absolute sprint.
Finishing up early July, everyone crushed it! A stunning total of 615 classes completed, with one Viver going above and beyond with 25 classes for the month.
With HUGE smiles and great times, some serious goals kicked and amazing gains were made in the 30 days. Working muscles you didn’t know you had and simply taking yourself out of your comfort zone, the perfect end to the Challenge was a release workshop with remedial massage therapist Aldrick Ronquillo.
A huge thank you to Aldrick for teaching us so much about trigger point releases. “We absolutely loved it!”, was the quote of the night.
Everyone who completed the Challenge walked away with a $100 goodie bag for their inspiring efforts. Extra special thanks to Bundlfresh for partnering with us!
