Great environment! Really cool lights, music and layout. All the instructors are so nice and welcoming. Would 100% recommend. The classes are always different and you can challenge yourself. Perfect for beginners all the way to experienced

VAURA classes allow you the flexibility to push yourself in terms of weight, pace or intensity. When my girlfriend first brought me along I assumed it would be a slow pace, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much variation there is in the classes and how rewarding the workouts are each week. If you are looking to complement your weight training, or are seeking to do a whole-body workout in one session like me, I highly recommend you come along to VAURA!
